During our time in Amsterdam, we stayed at a small, 8th generation Dutch dairy farm on the outskirts of a small town called Weesp. My favorite part about our stay was the tour of the farm that was given by one of the farmers. I got to see her dog, and I loved to pet the calfs (they licked me a lot, did you know that they don't have teeth?)!!!Â
We also went on many bike rides! In the Netherlands, bikes are a much more common way of transportation. The bikes at our rental place didn't have a children's seat, so we improvised with a car seat on the back of Mom's bike for Ani. We saw many canals, animals, sunsets and churches!
